Hi friend! I’m Yvette, the host of a faith-based podcast and ministry, Positively Joy at positivelyjoy.com. I love writing, blogging, and writing Christian songs.
My devotional and companion study guide, “Whispering in His Ear,” came through a yearning to talk to God and hear from him. I desired to share God with others through the creative gifts He gave me. In search of deeper expression, I went to Christian music artist Rita Springer’s DIVE camp, and through that creative process, much was born.
Bible journaling helps me stay connected to His Word. In my community, I serve in various roles at Victory Family Church in Norman, Oklahoma, and St. Augustine of Canterbury in Oklahoma City. I have two fur kids: a black Labrador retriever named Lemon, and a Maine Coon cat named Gato.
