Yvette B. Walker is an journalist and writer of fiction and inspirational books. She the founder of the Positively Joy weekly podcast of the same name. Yvette is a former college dean of students. She has been a director-at-large for the national board of the Society of Professional Journalists. She has been inducted into the Oklahoma Journalism Hall of Fame. She has been a newspaper editor, a news ombudsman, a reporter, and has supervised online content management systems for two websites. She is a native of Chicago and now lives in Kansas City.
